Guided by her Noble Goal of unlocking the full potential of herself and others—nurturing Love, Freedom, and Growth to live a meaningful, fearless, and joyful life, Helen Nguyen is the Founder & CEO of Liberal Leadership Organization (LLO) and Co-founder of Talentnet Corporation, one of Vietnam’s most established HR services firms.

With over two decades of experience in business leadership and human development, Helen has supported organizations ranging from multinational corporations to Vietnamese enterprises and social initiatives. After achieving significant success in business, she courageously stepped away to follow a deeper calling: developing people and shaping a leadership paradigm where success goes hand in hand with happiness and shared purpose.

Helen is a Certified EQ Facilitator with Six Seconds, a FEBI Coach, and a Zen Leadership Instructor trained by the Institute for Zen Leadership. Her work integrates Emotional Intelligence, Zen Leadership, and applied neuroscience to help leaders shift from Controlling to Connecting, and from pressure-driven performance to presence-based leadership.

As IZL Project Director in Vietnam, Helen is committed to stewarding the introduction of Zen Leadership to Vietnamese leaders, contributing to a more prosperous, compassionate, and connected society. She is also the Project Sponsor of EQ for Youth, advancing EQ as a foundational capability for Vietnam’s next generation.
