Weng has extensive experience leading different departments such as Quality, Training, Workforce Management and Business Analytics in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. At the same time, she has been at the forefront of advocacies that matter to her. She co-founded the GMO-Free Cebu Movement and the Cebu Farmers Market and she currently serves as the Board Chair of the Communities for Alternative Food Ecosystems in Cebu, Philippines. She loves integrating inner technologies that facilitate purposeful action in the world.

She is a Certified Trainer for the HeartMath Institute’s two flagship programs: The Resilience Advantage and Activating the Heart of Teams. She is also a Certified Zen Leader Practitioner and FEBI Coach and is a member of the teaching committee of the Institute for Zen Leadership.

Weng's key areas of expertise are training, facilitation and coaching in resilience-building, team dynamics, organizational culture and leadership. The basic tenet of her approach is Inner Transformation as basis of Outer Transformation. She believes that any genuine change or transformation in organizations and in society can only happen and can only be sustained on the basis of personal transformation of the individuals working for it.
