You’ve taken the prerequisite, FEBI-4U, or have equivalent experience and familiarity with the energy patterns.

How does it work?
An interactive, online 7-week program
Meets weekly on Tuesdays, 8 -10 am CT for a total of 14 hours of in-session training
Weeks 1, 3, 5 and 7 are content sessions and recorded for later review
Weeks 2, 4 and 6 are practice and discussion sessions building comfort and readiness for coaching and facilitating teams with FEBI

Frequently Asked Questions

FEBI-4U is the best preparation for this program, however if that’s not possible, there are other ways to get equivalent experience with FEBI, including the on-demand FEBI with video debrief or FEBI with coaching.

You should have some prior experience or training in the context in which you plan to apply FEBI, whether that’s coaching, teaching or facilitation, as there are basics in those disciplines that we don’t cover in this course.

We’ve selected a time for this program that works in most time zones. When necessary, we also record sessions so that no one has to attend beyond midnight local time.
