A 2-day immersion combining inner work with essential outer skills for managing energy, working with paradox, building coherence, and creating flourishing futures.
Come individually or, better yet, with a team and a challenge you’re working on. You’ll come away with newfound capacity to change that world, including:
concrete practices to build inner coherence and ways to generate greater outer coherence—i.e., “islands of coherence” that evolve new order out of chaos
a deeper way to listen and co-create a future ready to happen
access to essential nervous system patterns for agility and balance
ability to make wise decisions amidst paradox and resolve competing forces to higher level truths
immersive insights from nature for addressing challenges you're working on
restorative connectedness with self/team, nature and a powerful community
Are You a WorldChanger?
Maybe this term sounds too big, but the truth is, each of us is creating and changing a world moment-by-moment. We differ in how intentionally or skillfully we do this and in service of what.
If you’re working with others to make a positive difference or create greater flourishing, you are the kind of WorldChanger we want to resource with clarity, skills, and resilience in service of life.
Can we help you more powerfully change your world?
YES!

Experience a Special Place
Set amidst 30 acres in Wisconsin's Driftless Area, the Spring Green Dojo is the rural training center and beating heart of Chosei Zen, an American Rinzai Zen non-profit organization.
It is a place of restorative natural abundance and deep, in-the-bones training supporting health care professionals, educators, business and non-profit leaders, public servants, artists, chaplains, and many others dedicated to awakening beyond the dualistic self and serving others.
It inspired the founding of the Institute for Zen Leadership 15 years ago. It has also inspired new models for community health and spiritual care, resilience in social justice advocates, musical and artistic greatness, and a savannah restoration project.
What might this special place inspire in you?
