Andy Seizan Ryuji Robins lives and works in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and is responsible for growing and developing Zen Leadership across Asia. Andy is an ordained zen priest and an energetic and intuitive executive coach and trainer with a wealth of business experience, combined with a passion for making a difference. He was pivotal in spreading Zen leadership to the UK and served as the Institute for Zen Leadership’s UK/European Director.
Andy first experience of leadership took place in his formative years in the Royal Navy, where he was part of the elite Portsmouth Command Field Gun Crew. On leaving, he attended the University of Westminster and obtained a 1st class honor’s degree in Construction Management. After which he led project teams in the construction industry, and his own business for over a decade. He also coached and taught leadership and business skills to entrepreneurs through Unlocking Potential and Executive Retreat in the UK. His current roles include Chairman of Golden Heart Group, Vietnam, and is a member of the consulting team at Vietnam Health Award.
Andy’s grounding in Zen has seen him teach Zen Leadership programs around the globe. These include custom programs for businesses, police officers, and outdoor programs for teens and young adults. Besides Zen, he is a master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a certified Yoga instructor, Yoga Therapist and certified in the FEBI psycho-motor assessment.
