ZL- Alive off the Cushion

Calling all Alumni! You asked for more ways to train together to help sustain and grow our community. Then you stepped up and offered to teach, share, and learn from each other.

Our monthly, online 90-minute gatherings are facilitated by long-time IZL community members: Jo Preston, Dennis Tirman, and Cindy Haq.

Join us for Compassionomics with Maureen Murphy

April 21st from 11 am – 12:30 pm CT

The lack of compassion in our world is at an all-time high. What can we do as individuals to bring this crucial tool back to being a core value that is readily accessible in our interactions? Authors and researchers Stephen Trzeciak and Anthony Mazzarelli share their findings from their studies of compassion in their work titled, Compassionomics, The Revolutionary Scientific Evidence That Caring Makes a Difference.

Join us to learn about how to apply Compassionomics and practice moving from Controlling to Connecting through a meditation focusing on the nature of connectedness.
