ZL- Alive off the Cushion

Calling all Alumni! You asked for more ways to train together to help sustain and grow our community. Then you stepped up and offered to teach, share, and learn from each other.

Our monthly, online 90-minute gatherings are facilitated by long-time IZL community members: Jo Preston, Dennis Tirman, and Cindy Haq.

Join us for Becoming The Other To Turn Conflict Into True Collaboration with Jen Ayres

March 20th from 11 am – 12:30 pm CT

With wars raging across the world and democracy under attack, we are seeing the deadly, devastating effects of conflict play out across our globe. Impasse, deadlock on a global scale appears impossible to overcome so where do we even start to become better ambassadors for peaceful collaboration and co-creation? Fortunately, Zen Leader gives us the tools to explore this in our personal and professional lives and in this session, we’ll explore together how we can use flip 3: From Or to And to find a route through interpersonal conflict we are experiencing right now.

Let’s come together with a blank page and the power of group discussion and co-creation to find new ways of approaching difficult relationships, where we put ourselves and our own agendas and beliefs aside and view the situation from the other side.

“Become the other and go from there.” Tanouye Roshi
